The government of Qatar asks DevStat to improve statistics on the ICT sector, use of ICT, digital content s and postal services. Specifically, DevStat will advise the Ministry of Information and Information Technology of the State of Qatar.

The project scope includes inter alia the assessment of the differences between Qatar ICT statistics and international standards set by the ITU, UNCTAD, the European Union and OECD.
